Client Relationship & Growth Optimization
Build and manage relationships with global remittance partners, ensuring strong engagement and long-term collaboration.
Conduct business reviews and performance analyses to align with client objectives and identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic account plans, drive transaction volume growth, and maintain a pipeline for new business opportunities.
Work with product, operations, and compliance teams to enhance client solutions and user experience.
Integrated & Joint-Partner Marketing
Develop and execute joint marketing strategies with partners, leveraging brand campaigns, events, and content marketing.
Align partner marketing actions across BD teams to ensure cohesive market expansion efforts.
Support the Product Team in developing tools to improve client engagement and transaction performance.
Coordinate with the marketing team to drive branding and user adoption campaigns.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields with a strong passion for the FinTech industry.
5+ years of experience in financial services, cross-border payments, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record in managing key accounts.
Strong team leadership, project management, and coordination skills, with the ability to accelerate partnership execution.
Experience in account management and joint-partner marketing strategies to drive revenue and market influence.
Ability to streamline processes and continuously improve business performance.
Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin to manage both internal and external stakeholders, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.。加分项：
