Finance IT Project Analyst

ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage small to mid-sized projects across financial systems (e.g., ERP, billing platforms, payment systems), ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, Technology, and Operations to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
Lead project scoping, timeline definition, resource coordination, and drive technical solutions.
Drive process improvements, identify risks proactively, and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure effective documentation and communication of project status, risks, and results to relevant teams.
Support the enhancement and optimization of system functionality based on user feedback and business needs.

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
3 - 5 years of project management experience in financial system implementation, with at least 1 full project cycle completed (e.g., ERP, billing platforms, payment systems).
Hands-on familiarity with project management tools
Good understanding of financial processes and system workflows, with exposure to SAP, Oracle Financials, or other mainstream financial systems
Proficient in both English and Chinese Mandarin to collaborate with internal stakeholders across regions.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and independent working style.
