Main Purpose and Job Scope
◆ This job contributes to Starbucks success by providing support for the effective delivery of Partner Resources programs and services to all Starbucks partners in assigned business unit, department or region. Ensure the HR daily operational excellence. Key Accountabilities ◆ Support and deliver MLC & Regional BP projects, including but not limited to project voyage, partner exchange, performance goal setting/ year-end review training, campus recruiting, Hipo development programs etc. ◆ Ensure full year performance and development cycle well planned and executed, in particular year-end performance review scheduling and execution. ◆ Ensure standard execution of partner cycle processes, identify opportunities to improve. ◆ Prepare, maintain policies and files to create a common understand among BP team Client support: ◆ Provide support to resolve partner relations issues. Conduct investigations and gather information. Work with partners' managers or PRO manager to resolve partner conduct and performance issues. Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations. ◆ Work with client groups on operating hiring request, on-boarding, internal transfer, exit, comprehensive working hours management etc. ◆ Provide report and data insights |

Summary of Experience
◆ Project management 2-3 years ◆ HR experiences, esp. labor management, partner development/ relationship areas 3 years ◆ Consulting with internal clients to identify needs and recommend solutions 1-2 years Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities ◆ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team ◆ Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and changing environment, able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment ◆ A quick learner, able to manage ambiguity, action oriented and result driven ◆ Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource management, human resources development. ◆ Ability to communicate and present clearly and concisely ◆ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint |
