Are you a strong retailer and are you ready to join Sephora as our new Assistant Corner Manager in Magasin Aarhus?

 

Do you want to reinvent the customer experience in store and offer our products and services in ways that are unlike anywhere else?

Do you like to take up challenges and motivate a sales team around common objectives in order to surprise and delight our customers?

As Assistant Store Manager you will be a key person in the store

 

You will work in our Sephora store in Aarhus and report to our amazing Corner Manager.
The position is fulltime for 37,5 hours per week.

What we expect: 

Minimum 2 years of experience from retail 
Customer centric mindset
Passion for beauty
Good communication skills and capability to influence the team 
Drive for results 
Positive and energetic personality – we work hard, but we also like to have fun at work 
Fluent in English and Swedish
