Profile:

The candidate should have completed higher education in Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or similar
They should exhibit a particular interest in change management and employee engagement
At least one previous work experience (internship) in similar scope
An appreciation for high standards of quality and branding in line with LVMH's reputation, along with an ability to produce work that aligns with these standards
