1.包括开工前对钻探、掘进人员进行技术、安全及施工交底； 2.按规定编制勘察纲要，下达钻探任务书、编制安全生产要求，组织项目的野外施工及项目报告的编制工作； 3.在项目实施过程中对施工现场进行监督等。 |
