1.该岗位，你可以倾听到十亿级用户的心声，接触到微信支付各业务的产品方案及技术实现。基于业务理解和技术理解，解决用户问题、洞察用户需求，并反哺业务；
2.服务能力提升：赋能腾讯客服，结合微信支付的产品与技术实现方案，提供更稳定、更高效的服务架构，建设多元化的服务能力； 3.服务技术探索：探索AI等前沿技术，并应用于用户服务场景，提升用户服务体验、平台运营效率。 |
