1.负责微信小店的推荐技术研发，包括但不限于召回、精排、重排、冷启动等；
2.负责微信小店核心场景的策略优化，钻研推荐算法的改进和调优，服务亿级电商用户； 3.与产品、工程、运营团队深度合作，理解业务发展，参与制定推荐策略的目标。 |

Job Requirements |
|
|
1.有商品、购物直播等电商推荐业务经验者优先；
2.对机器学习算法、深度学习算法有较深刻的理解，5年及以上工作经验； 3.具有良好的工程实现能力，熟练掌握一门编程语言（C++/C/Python等），熟悉Tensorflow等机器学习框架； 4.有较好的沟通能力、团队协作能力，积极主动，愿意接受挑战。。加分项： |
