1.参与产品商业化运营，结合海外用户消费偏好与行为数据，规划商业化资源及活动投放，完成设计和落地；
2.保持对负责模块的数据和用户反馈复盘，持续迭代设计，达成运营目标； 3.参与构建商业化数据分析框架，定期追踪和分析商业指标，为商业化策略优化提供决策支持。 |

Job Requirements |

1.良好的沟通能力，能与各职能模块进行顺畅沟通，合力完成运营目标；
2.熟悉英雄联盟ip和自走棋品类产品； 3.有游戏研发运营经验，熟悉游戏研发流程； 4.英语水平良好，能作为工作语言沟通，有海外工作或生活经验优先。。加分项： |
