1.负责游戏内系统的设计，包括但不限于玩法、战斗、成长、任务等相关系统；
2.结合游戏特点和玩家需求，对游戏系统进行持续优化，提升用户体验； 3.与协作部门沟通合作，保证系统设计的实施。 |

Job Requirements |
|
|
1.具有3年以上游戏策划经验，有完整的项目开发经验，能够独立完成系统设计工作；
2.至少有2款射击类游戏的深度体验经验，熟悉射击类游戏的玩法和机制，有射击品类研发经验者优先； 3.有较强的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，能够对系统进行持续优化迭代； 4.熟悉开发流程，责任心强，有良好的团队沟通协作能力。。加分项： |
