1.负责qq搜索场景(本地搜索/综合搜索/频道/群/表情/小程序等)下的搜索体验优化，不断提升用户搜索体验和效果；
2.理解搜索用户需求，建立行业领先的产品及内容形态，并针对搜索需求制定合理的策略和产品样式，保证用户搜索体验； 3.解决实际搜索业务问题，如搜索Query理解优化，搜索Query意图识别、 排序策略、结果相关性等。 |

Job Requirements |

|
1.对搜索产品的运转逻辑、需求理解、及满足方式有较深刻的理解；
2.具备较强的数据分析能力、技术策略判断能力、独立规划及拆解能力； 3.3年及以上工作经验，有搜索类产品经验最佳。。加分项： |
