Job Description

1. Design engaging and business oriented WEU go-to-market plans to support the live operations and the evergreen campaigns that nurture Pubgmobile as a brand.
2. Work closely with the LiveOps team to support all promotion plans, including KOL/paid media/performance media/community/partnerships. Keep a close eye on the market trends to provide constructive and effective suggestions for the team.
3. Work closely with other functions such as Studios, process, and financial teams and fully leverage resources to ensure a solid and consistent launch and long-term operation and marketing.
4. Track all marketing activity and maintain an analysis framework that results in identifying areas for improvement.
5. Conduct market research and analyze market trends to be formulated into strategic recommandations for the management review.
6. Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned, budget management and procurement process.
Work Location: Germany-Munich | France-Paris | UK-London

Job Requirements

1. At least 7+ years of brand marketing experience of marketing operations, campaign implementation, and successful experience in global marketing in gaming, ideally in mobile
2. Experience developing, executing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social media, paid media, influence, advertising, events and content creation.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and writing skills and capacity to influence different stakeholders including management level in a multi cultural environment.
4. Deep knowledge of the marketing funnel, metrics and analytics to optimize campaigns.
5. Project management skills and ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders.
6. Avid gamer on PC, Console and mobile games.
7. Experience in going to market on several countries within the Western Europe or North American regions with a good understanding of the countries gaming environments and marketing background
8. Bilingual with fluency in English; other European language is a plus. Mandarin is a plus.
