1.Analyze new business models or innovative technology applications, and identify potential growth opportunities in healthcare industry, especially application of AI in the healthcare space;
2.Monitor secular and cyclical trends in healthcare, and develop a deep understanding of individual and institutional user needs, attitudes, and usage of specific technology services;
3.Provide strategic analyses and recommendations over a broad range of management issues at corporate and business unit level;
4.Participate in annual/quarterly business planning and reviews;
5.Facilitate execution of key initiatives across business units and functions.

1.This position requires at least 1-3 years work experience, with MD and/or PhD degree in life science;
2.Outstanding academic record and internship experience;
3.Management consulting or corporate internal consulting background would be a plus;
4.Strong leadership potential as demonstrated by various types of achievements;
5.High level of integrity, dedication and motivation;
6.Passion for using technology to improve healthcare;
7.Distinctive problem-solving skills and business sense;
8.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
9.An effective team player;
