2.对各种开源的大模型框架有了解，同时有预训练、多模态、生成等技术的真实落地经验并有深刻理解； 3.在NLP、机器学习等领域顶级学术会议发表过高质量文章，有ACM、kaggle等比赛获奖经历优先； 4.对搜索业务、多模态业务感兴趣，对技术工作有热情，具有较强的责任心和自驱力。 |
