1. 熟练掌握混凝土配合比沥青混凝土配合比等复杂试验，进行试验并编制试验技术报告； 2.负责试验或其他工作的委外分包，组织实施，管控委外成果质量。 |

1.具有较强的学习、理解和沟通能力，有一定的协调与组织能力；
2.有一定的文字编辑能力，熟练使用word、excel、ppt等办公软件； 3.建筑材料相关专业。 |
