1.负责腾讯广告游戏行业的客户运营；
2.根据客户目标提供具有前瞻性的运营分析和建议，向客户提出明晰的生意经营及投放解决方案，驱动广告主预算放大； 3.建立并维护客户合作关系，解决客户实际问题，实现客户群消耗提升； 4.对内与运营、审核、市场、后端产研等团队配合，挖掘行业及产品需求，给出行业解决方案。 |

Job Requirements |
|
|
1.本科及以上学历；
2.1年工作经验，广告主拓展与运营经验及市场经验，有互联网效果广告运营相关工作经验优先； 3.熟悉互联网广告行业基础逻辑，具有优秀的游戏理解力，了解游戏行业发展趋势及行业动态，对各游戏平台发行情况及数据有基础了解； 4.具备出色的沟通能力、及跨部门协作推动力和规划能力，具有良好的跨团队沟通、协调能力，具有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，出色的学习能力，具有较强的自驱力。。加分项： |
