仕事内容
1.ゲーム内エフェクトのデザインと制作 戦闘、環境、UI演出など、様々なシーンで使用されるエフェクトをデザインし、制作します。
2.リアルな物理エフェクトの実装 水、火、煙、爆発などのリアルなエフェクトを作成し、ゲームの臨場感を高めます。
3.アニメーションとの統合 キャラクターやオブジェクトのアニメーションとエフェクトを統合し、一貫性のあるビジュアルを実現します。
4.パフォーマンスの最適化 ゲームのパフォーマンスを考慮し、エフェクトの最適化を行います。
5.エフェクトのドキュメンテーション 制作したエフェクトに関する技術的な文書を整備し、チーム内での情報共有を促進します。

Job Description
・Design and Production of In-Game Effects
Create and design visual effects used in combat, environments, UI, and other in-game scenarios.
・Implementation of Realistic Physical Effects
Develop realistic effects such as water, fire, smoke, and explosions to enhance game immersion.
・Integration with Animation
Combine character and object animations with visual effects to ensure consistent and cohesive visuals.
・Performance Optimization
Optimize effects for in-game performance without compromising visual quality.
・Effect Documentation
Prepare technical documentation for created effects to facilitate team communication and knowledge sharing.
Work Location: Japan-Osaka | Japan-Tokyo-Business Tower

応募条件
1.UnrealEngineを使用したVFX制作の経験（AAAまたはAAプロジェクトが望ましい）
2.VFXツールの使用スキル（HoudiniやEmbergenなどの流体シミュレーションツール、Mayaや3dsMaxなどによるエフェクト用モデル作成、AfterEffectsやSubstanceDesignerなどによるテクスチャ作成）
3.フォトリアルなエフェクトの制作技術
4.3Aアクションゲームの開発経験（優遇）
5.優れた描写能力と創造力 6.チームでの協力とコミュニケーション能力

Qualifications
・Experience creating VFX using Unreal Engine (AAA or AA projects preferred)
・Proficiency with VFX tools, including Houdini, Embergen (for fluid simulations), Maya or 3ds Max (for effect models), and After Effects or Substance Designer (for texture creation)
・Strong skills in producing photorealistic effects
・Experience developing AAA action games is a plus
・Excellent artistic sense, creativity, and attention to detail
