Tencent Cloud is seeking a results-driven Senior Strategic Sales Executive. This position is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a "hunter" mentality, capable of driving Tencent Cloud's market leadership and establishing deep collaborations with Fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Sales Execution o Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. o Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities in sectors such as gaming, finance, e-commerce enterprise services. 2. Market Expansion & Ecosystem Development o Expand Tencent Cloud’s presence in China by managing and growing accounts of key APAC-based enterprises. o Build and nurture a collaborative partner ecosystem to enhance customer acquisition and retention. 3. Client Relationship Management o Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives (CIO/CTO/CEO) of target customers. o Drive strategic engagements to deepen client loyalty and unlock new business opportunities. 4. Cross-functional Leadership o Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, technical) to align resources and deliver customized cloud solutions. o Lead complex, high-stakes projects independently, ensuring seamless execution and customer success. |

Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related fields. • Experience: o Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for candidates who have served Fortune 500 companies, MNCs, or global financial institutions. o Proven expertise in cloud services and a track record of closing large-scale deals. o Deep understanding of enterprise IT needs and cloud market dynamics. • Skills: o Fluent in English with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. o Strong project management and cross-departmental coordination abilities. o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage frequent business travel. • Personal Attributes: o Hunter mindset with a relentless drive to achieve sales excellence. o Mature, logical, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and customer success. • Location: o Can be based in Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou/Shenzhen, with frequent domestic travel required.。加分项: |
