Job Description |

1.负责小程序流量下广告推荐技术优化， 包括但不限于召回、粗排、精排、重排等；
2.负责小程序生态流量下广告流量库存优化，包括但不限于混排、动态AdLoad、生成式广告位等； 3.参与前沿研究方向的算法研究并落地，包括但不限于大模型技术、强化学习算法及应用、跨场景的知识迁移学习等，驱动前沿研究与业务结合落地。 |

Job Requirements |

1.优秀的编码与代码控制能力, 有扎实的数据结构和算法功底，深入掌握机器学习、深度学习算法及原理；
2.有大模型、推荐系统、广告系统、搜索系统业务经验者优先； 3.本科及以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验； 4.优秀的分析问题、解决问题能力和团队合作意识； 5.工作积极性强、抗压能力强。。加分项： |
