Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the the publishing process for PC games, ensuring alignment with market trends and company goals.
2. Collaborate with overseas studios to streamline communication and project execution.
3. Manage and mentor a team of publishing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
4. Analyze market data and player feedback to inform publishing strategies and game positioning.
5. Coordinate with marketing, PR, and community teams to develop effective launch plans.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the gaming industry.
Work Location: China-Shanghai

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Game Development, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in publishing or production within the gaming industry.
3. Proven experience collaborating with overseas teams and studios.
4. Strong understanding of the PC gaming market and player demographics.
5. Excellent project management skills and familiarity with relevant tools.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.。加分项：
