1.负责腾讯视频IP运作相关项目资源统筹协调与组织，推进团队内外部沟通，确保IP运作与授权等项目顺利实施；
2.独立拓展和跟进商务拓展谈判，包括动漫、影视、节目类IP合作； 3.协调内部各相关团队保证权利落实、合作项目顺利推进，及合作效果运营； 4.分析行业及市场动态，积极挖掘合作机会点。 |

Job Requirements |

1.熟悉IP授权业务，对IP项目研发市场具有洞察力、潮流风向有较深了解；
2.热爱动画、影视，有文化、娱乐、品牌行业相关工作经验优先； 3.熟悉文学及形象IP，对IP生产及运营有一定了解； 4.擅长沟通，抗压能力好，学习能力强； 5.有行业客户资源者优先。。加分项： |
