1.参与具体角色展示动作以及过场动画设计制作，提升游戏表演品质和效果；
2.审核外包提交的动作资源，指导外包制作； 3.积累和共享动作设计经验，编写课件并培养外包基地。 |

Job Requirements |

1.6年以上动作设计工作经验；
2.有坚实的动作节奏表现能力，角色和剧情演绎的创意经验，有手绘bk经验； 3.掌握3dsmax/maya等其他软件，熟练使用UE4引擎的设置以及timeline工具； 4.爱游戏，对工作热情主动，认自负责，具有良好的团队合作意识和沟通技巧。。加分项： |
