职位描述招聘对象：本、硕、博在校生。毕业时间：2023 年 9 月至 2024 年 8 月期间毕业（中国大陆以毕业证为准，非中国大陆地区以教育部学位认证为准）且最高学历毕业后无全职工作经验的学生。你将会负责：1、Use personal communication skills to help customers to solve their problems (flight, hotel, new products).使用个人的沟通交流技巧能力，负责处理一线对客业务（机票、酒店、小产品）；2、Communicate effectively with customers, showing empathy and patience与客户进行有效沟通，表现出同理心和耐心；3、Work as a part of a high-performing team, supporting and helping colleagues and your Team Lead as required作为高绩效团队的一员，根据需要支持和帮助同事和您的团队负责人；4、Advocate the Trip.com culture both internally and externally对内外部宣扬Trip.com企业文化；5、Assist with ad hoc projects assigned by Team Leads / Managers.协助完成团队负责人指派的各类工作任务；6、Set personal performance goals according to personal careerdevelopment, quickly familiarize yourself with the job responsibilities and learn relevant job skills, and prepare for oriented business development.根据个人职位发展，制定个人绩效目标，快速熟悉岗位工作内容学习相关岗位技能，为定向的业务发展做好准备。我们期望你：1、proficiency in both verbal and written English, or proficient in Korean/Japanese/Indonesia/Thai/Vietnamese and fluent English精通口语和书面英语，或者韩语/日语/印度尼西亚语/泰国/越南语外加流利的英语；2、Have a passion for helping and supporting others.
