Job Description
As a Head of Business Performance, you will be responsible to conduct in-depth analysis and problem solving to identify risks and opportunities to optimize and grow revenue performance across all assets under management by Miral Experiences: Ferrari World Abu Dhabi Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi Yas Waterworld CLYMB Abu Dhabi Qasr Al Watan SeaWorld Abu Dhabi Your job scope will include: Business Planning and Analytics Lead the Revenue and footfall budgeting and monthly forecasting cycle Effectively prioritize and communicate forecast visibility on Financial and Operational risks / opportunities to inform action planning Lead discussions with senior management, including regular updates to CEO/Finance and bi-weekly Revenue and Business Planning Committees, to highlight and problem solve on key priorities based on real-time insights and forecast risks / opportunities Identify internal and external trends to provide stakeholders with a look-ahead on potential visitation / revenue scenarios for financial and operational planning. Bring new business insights through curiosity and resourcefulness in collecting and analyzing data (e.g., interview stakeholders, benchmark competitors, research market environment, create surveys) Work with large data sets, develop KPIs and carry-out critical analysis on Ticketing revenue streams to identify growth and optimization opportunities (e.g., yield, conversion, upsell etc.) Work closely with Pricing and Product team, providing actionable insights to improve product performance (incl. recommendations on design, pricing strategy, channel distribution, segmentation, and new growth opportunities) Setup and run efficient mechanisms to track performance, conduct analysis and work with the team to prepare insightful reports for C-level management as well as Board as necessary (incl. dashboards, financial modelling, presentations) Conduct analysis and prepare insightful reports for adhoc business planning initiatives (e.g., seasonal campaigns and events, operating schedules etc.) Engage stakeholders across multiple departments to facilitate problem solving on bespoke topics. Act as the go-to analytical function for senior management on assessment of new business cases and bespoke topics for financial and operations planning Team Management Recruit, manage, coach and develop Set goals for the team and follow-up on achievement Define priorities and plan activities accordingly Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders and influence business plans |

Job Requirements |
|
10+ year experience in a similar role in Theme Parks, FMCG, management consulting or other relevant industry
Bachelor or Master’s degree from a reputable university Ability to create clear storylines from complex data Capable of influencing decision making through effective communication and critical thinking Proven capabilities in data analytics and structured problem solving Resourceful, entrepreneurial, and autonomous in building and owning workstreams Able to prioritize, adapt and manage multiple responsibilities Efficient with PowerPoint, Excel and Tableau |
