【岗位职责】
负责酒店内所有空调制冷设备安全和其管辖区域消防安全； 负责实施管理范围内设备的维修保养计划，保证这些计划按预定的规范、要求、按时、保质的完成； 负责制定本班组的备品、备件申购计划，保管、使用； 接受并组织实施工程部经理或值班工程师的运行调度和日常维修改造指令，并监督、检查完成情况； 负责接受和发放维修单，时常检查完成的维修工作，日常的工作必须做好极了，并确保工作记录和报表填写准确。 |

【岗位要求】
具备较强的沟通和应变能力，能独立处理较复杂的紧急问题； 具有2年以上同岗位的工作经验。 |
