1、完成县支公司综合类岗位职责；
2、负责县支公司咨询个代管理工作，做好代理人维护、档案归档等工作； 3、负责县支公司承保工作； 4、开发拓展新客户，维护老客户业务； 5、完成市公司下达的市场拓展计划及业绩指标。 |

Job Requirements |

|
1、大学本科及以上学历，具有相同业经历者优先；
2、具备良好的数据分析能力，逻辑推理能力和预测能力。具备良好的沟通表达能力，良好的团队协作与项目跟进意识，有高度责任感，工作积极严谨； 3、勇于承担压力，能熟练使用office等办公软件； 4、35周岁以下，条件优秀者可适当放宽 |
