客户FCST 整理分析，整理REV plan , 对齐 IBP Plan/ N+6；
根据供应计划和客户/销售对齐交付计划，根据客户需求/预测变化及时和内部沟通调整 追踪新产品新项目导入情况，提前和内部规划产能计划 相关市场、客户相关报告整理分析，及时了解市场和客户动态 |

1. 有半导体运营或计划相关工作经验
2.较强的沟通表达能力、组织协调能力和团队合作精神 3.较强的逻辑思维能力、学习能力、创新能力、分析解决问题能力及抗压能力 4.积极主动，稳重踏实，工作严谨，责任心强，愿意配合加班 |
