The programme includes more than 100 contact hours of practical training over the first 2 study terms.

In 1st year you will acquire the operational skills of hotel management, front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage, along with fundamentals of business.

In 2nd year, you will put into practice all the technical skills learned and applied during your 6-month paid internship and will be able to choose from a wide range of electives to deepen your knowledge and understanding of modern hospitality industry. These are some examples:

• Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions


• Sustainability


• Social Media Management


• Gastronomy

Finally, during your 3rd year, you will learn the managerial & entrepreneurial skills needed to open and run a successful hospitality-based business.
